NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor: The Prosperous Practitioner, 8977 S Temple Dr Pmb 471, West Jordan, Utah 84088-9274.
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period: Begins June 23, 2026 at 12:00am ET and ends August 22, 2026 at 11:59pm ET ("Entry Period").
4. How to Enter: Join The Prosperous Practitioner community at skool.com/the-prosperous-practitioner during the Entry Period. Every individual who joins as a member during the Entry Period — whether on the free tier or a paid tier — is automatically entered one (1) time. Paid membership is not required to enter and does not increase odds of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded their choice of: (a) one (1) Bio-Well Starter Pack (approximate retail value $2,999), or (b) $3,000 USD cash. The Bio-Well Starter Pack option is subject to product availability at the time of prize fulfillment; if the Bio-Well Starter Pack is not readily available, Sponsor will award $3,000 USD cash in its place. Approximate retail value of the prize (assuming winner selects or receives the higher-value option): $3,000. No further substitutions except at Sponsor's discretion. Prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about August 24, 2026. Winner will be notified by email and/or within the Skool community. Winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with prize receipt. Winner may receive a 1099 form if required by law.
9. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor's Terms of Service (https://prosperouspractitionergroup.com/terms), and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
10. Release: Entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") from any liability associated with this promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook/Instagram.

12. Disputes: This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
